QEMU on current as of 05/02/18

Getting this error from qemu-kvm

bash-4.4# qemu-kvm
qemu-kvm: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.56: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is the version I have installed

bash-4.4# grep -R "libicui18n" /var/log/packages
/var/log/packages/icu4c-compat32-61.1-x86_64-1compat32:usr/lib/libicui18n.so.61.1
/var/log/packages/icu4c-61.1-x86_64-2:usr/lib64/libicui18n.so.61.1

I rebuilt QEMU after the update.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
