Pairing bluetooth fails.

Debian Stretch with KDE installed. Bluetooth fails pairing.

Bluetooth speaker say pairing succesful, but then connection fails. With KDE Neon distribution connection works.

Code:
$ sudo rfcomm connect hci0 15:23:02:23:7F:37
Can't connect RFCOMM socket: Connection refused

Maybe look over your Package Manager selection for bluetooth programs and enable some. Also install bluewho, or some program to monitor bluetooth connections. NB Bluetooth can be easily hacked. Once they know your BT device ID your cactus.

See Joshua Wright article
https://www.sans.edu/cyber-research/...icle/bluetooth.

In another one he points out how just turning on your laptop with BT disabled, no discovery etc you can be hacked if they have captured your BT card device details.

I found solution. I had to install pulseaudio-module-bluetooth. It's not installed by default.
