gnome-shell and launcher

I have many applications like
gnome-terminal --window-with-profile=<prof-name>
added to my panel.
In first few look, I cant have them if I shift to gnome-shell.
Any Idea?

With gnome-shell, you'll need to create a .desktop file in '~/.local/share/applications/' which will then allow you to add the application to the gnome-shell dash. Take a look at existing .desktop files to see the format.
