What is the safe compiler options for clear linux


I am trying to compile mame but i couldn't find the recommend CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS,
Here is my issue: https://github.com/mamedev/mame/issues/2848
i can't compile many other programs

default compiler options:

I have solved my issue, some source code was complaining about flags , here is the value that i used for CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS:
-02 -pipe -march=native
and issue was about qt5.9.3 get wrong cpu options while ./configure
