Seems like they are getting closer to being "all in" for systemd and only systemd. At least that's how the tea leaves look from here.

That is how I read it too, Debian want to ditch everything else, & just concentrate on systemd.

Devuan will be the winners again, because those that don't want systemd will only have that choice.
