It would be great to have multilib (32bit under 64bit) support out of the box. Though I greatly appreciate the work of Eric Hameleers, I think this should definitely be a standard feature -I stil need a few 32bit files (mostly closed-source libraries) in my job. Sigh!

Gimp 2.10 finally delivers the 16bit (and more) depth per channel. It is almost mandatory for serious photo editing. Given that it's already available, I give it for granted

I don't use 32-bit Slackware, but until there is a more legitimate reason why 32-bit Slackware should be dropped, it should stay - and ultimately it is Pat's decision. Plus there are still plenty of 32-bit distros out there for older machines.

Also, what about programs that are still 32-bit? Does that mean Slackware should not support multilib then? After all, nobody uses 32-bit anymore, right?
