No, we aren't going to spec things out for you, do your research, and then email it all to you personally. If you'd like to get solutions from the forum and work with others, you need to do it here. Otherwise, if you'd like someone to do this work FOR YOU, then you should post this request in the LQ Job Marketplace, along with how much you're going to pay.

Read the "Question Guidelines" link.

Then hire a contractor/consultant. Contact the moderators to have this moved to the LQ Job Markeplace. And if you do this for a living, why do you need someone to do it FOR YOU?

The building aspect of my solution does not include the software aspect of the solution I have deployed.
The existing solutions available (for 2G Networks) appears to be rigid and energy demanding
I believe with linux, most of my need could be resolved (Traffic optimisation on TRX, Ran sharing amonst multiple MNOs on same BTS-MoCN, etc)
The details, I will discuss with a consultant

Thanks
