Installing Driver App for Brother DCP 7020

I'm running Ubuntu 19.10 and have a Brother DCP 7020 Multi Function printer/scanner/copier. Does anyone know whether there is a built in scanner application that comes with Ubuntu 19.10 that will work with this scanner ? Also does Ubuntu 19.10 come with a default scanner driver that will work with this multi function device ?

As for the scanner function, if what you find there doesn't help, you might try XSane or simple-scan, but I don't think they provide drivers; I think they rely on drivers from other parties.

I have found XSane to be quite reliable, but I have no experience making it work with a Brother printer/scanner.

Install the Brother drivers (printer and scanner) from the Brother website...

Once the appropriate deb packages are installed, you should be good to go.
