Clean update for 17.1.3

There were many updates released for Manjaro Linux 17.x, I use that nomenclature as it is a rolling release.

Kernel 4.15.0-1 was released as well as 4.14.15-1 (which is my selection, as I like the LTS).

I had many updates on my xfce laptop and everything is running smoothly.

There is one issue in the UI as desktop icon titles get offset and an odd shadow shows up, but that can be easily fixed by following the command in this post:

That sounds good, I've tried manjaro several weeks ago, it's a great distribution, fast too.
My main machine runs Void which is very similar in design.
