Meltdown bug (security update)


This is to fix the Meltdown hardware vulnerability. The update is valid for all supported 4MLinux and TheSSS versions.

If you use LILO:

wget http://dl.4mlinux.com/addon_kernel-4.9.74-smp.tar.xz
zk addon_kernel-4.9.74-smp.tar.xz
lilo
reboot
If you use GRUB:
Code:
wget http://dl.4mlinux.com/addon_kernel-4.9.74-smp.tar.xz
zk addon_kernel-4.9.74-smp.tar.xz
update-grub
reboot
