KWin zoom

I'm running current gentoo stable version of kwin (5.11.5), just done upgrading like an hour ago.

After a reboot, the screen suddenly got zoomed-in way more than before, too much for me. I checked and found that the level was set to 200%. However, I was not able to change it. The setting appears to be buggy after I hit the display section on system setting.

I tried removing all the all user local configuration files, but nothing changed, as if it was the system default. I never set this up.

How can I fix this?
