See my username. Yes, I had seven dogs. Down to 6 because one passed from a stroke. I have 4 Shih Tzus, all geriatric (Dad, mom and kids are 18, 16 and 15 years respectively), 1 Italian greyhound who is 10 and a pit/lab who is 13.

We did not plan this and would never do this again. We love them all but it is a nightmare sometimes. Feeding, vet bills because they are all old, poop cleanup, diapers, etc.

No more pets after these go. We love dogs and I suspect the wife will miss them so we may end up getting one but we can at least board him/her if we want to vacation.
