Chrome for Linux-Fedora-29


Boy it's a freaking nightmare searching web for Linux Chrome.
Where ???

Your search fu can't be much good - I see a google-chrome repo in my F26 repolist; used it successfully for years. Can't imagine it's not available for F29.

You don't get the google-chrome.repo until you first time install google-chrome.

No, you add add the repo file then "dnf install". Simple.

SYG00, your right in what your saying, I could have extracted the repo file from my other PC and put it in the PC with new install, but that just didn't cross my mind. When you reach 79 , your mind just doesn't function like when you were 18.
But then a 18 year old mind just doesn't show up for work everyday, Budweiser has it under control.
