march 24 iso fresh install. What mirror? current?

I did a fresh install from a March 24 current iso . Worked great. Now I want to use slackpkg to update to current. When I set the mirror file to a current mirror, slackpkg asks me whether I am sure. I said yes. But it seemed as though it was updating every single file.

What should the mirror setting be?

Check to make sure the mirror you selected is up-to-date by visiting the URL. While the mirror might be listed in /etc/slackpkg/mirrors, they sometimes go out of sync.

What mirror did you select?

Chose another mirror and seems to be updating fine now. I'll mark this as "solved". I got confused because slackpkg thought that I was at 14.2+, but I think the splash page on the install said it was 15.0. So I started to doubt myself whether the mirror should be current or not. Thanks BassMadrigal for your help.

14.2+, -current, and 15.0 all refer to the same thing right now. Essentially, -current is the development version of Slackware that leads up to the next stable release. The last stable release was 14.2, so -current's version is "14.2+", meaning it is the development version after 14.2. During the development, it was determined that this will eventually be 15.0, so some of the things within Slackware already show that version.
