I recommend F117a Nighthawk Stealth Fighter (I've played F-19). It is old but its really good.

Linux Air Combat official release V7.92 now available

Since the prior posting on this subject, Linux Air Combat ("LAC") has progressed to version 7.92, supporting 54 aircraft. The focus is still on World War II, and all of the most important combat aircraft of that conflict are now modeled. Development is now stable and version 7.92 is the first "official" distribution. From the standpoint of its technical features, this is now the world's leading open-source combat flight simulator for LINUX, but its user community is still small. A "Google" or "YouTube" search will yield a lot of links.

Here is official page

YouTube channel

Downloads (source and binary) available on its SourceForge page

https://sourceforge.net/projects/linuxaircombat

Also there is unofficial repo on GitHub with SDL2 patches for compiling under macOS

https://github.com/atalkingegg/LAC

Here is a YouTube clip illustrating recent online activity:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-xi...4AJ9b&index=22

That 10-minute clip shows what it's like to fly in a big online battle with lots of audio banter between players. The clip was recorded on a Manjaro LINUX machine, and the other player that is heard on the voice radio was using a Ubuntu system. Both players reported that they were able to use the distributed binary executable from SourceForge without compiling anything.
