Smile Hello from Portugal

I only used Windows until approximately 3 years ago. Where I live, Windows and MacOS were the only operating systems that we learned to use in education and entertainment.
Since then, I decided to not use it in my personal life, because I discovered that it was expensive and it had a huge quantity of virus. I searched for another operating system to use and I learned the Open Source Software and Free Software Movements and I tried operating systems with the Linux kernel and FreeBSD.
I am not a computer expert, so this change was hard for me, but after using many Linux distros and FreeBSD, I decided that Slackware Linux is what I will use in my laptop.

Thank you for reading!

Edit: I just want to notify that I decided to use SolydK instead of Slackware in my laptop.
Thank you for the attention :-)
