Indeed! I write html + css 'by hand', my only concession is to use Geany as an editor which offers a little tag completion and a nice tree view of the web site. This is against current trends though which is a little sad...

Tried lots of WMs on the netbook, keep coming back to LXDE.

Out of all the builds, ponce's is still the most up to date [Jan 2018]. He also appears to have updated lxsession after an issue on these forums.

Mind you on my own system I spent some time with the Fluxbox config files a few years back and I have not touched them since, would be the same for yourself I suspect...

JW, do you have the original coffee picture by any chance?

Lysander, flux is great very easy to modify, I recommend xdgmenumaker from SlackBuilds and wm-logout from Salix repo.
