Cool Login via tty

So,I get always stuck to tty. Everytime when I (re)boot the computer I need to login through tty. When I've entered name and password "Welcome to Linux etc..." thing comes on. Tried pressing w and enter but nothing happens. How can I continue on when the "Welcome" thing pops on?

after login try typing 'startx' if that is not working for you then chances are someting is screwy with your distro and your GUI login screen is not set up properly. as most distros perhaps do not include the xinit package for startx

Perhaps something is wrong here, as Slackware is the only distro I know of that starts in multi user without a login screen, by default.

what Mint version , then figure out what login screen it uses, a maybe quick fix would be nu-installing it, then reinstalling it to force it to set up the files again.

I use Cinnamon as Desktop environment. I'm not sure but should it be showed at "System:" when I run inxi -Fx? There's only host, kernel, console and distro. Startx doesn't work (server error: (EE) no screens found(EE)). (Btw I'm using Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa (GNU/Linux 4.4.0-137-generic x86_64))

By default, Mint installs whatever DE you chose at download time, and includes the login manager starting at boot time. I don't use Mint any more but the times I had, it always started an xorg session and a login manager. Sounds to me like something is wrong with your system.

why don't you just show us that inxi output in its entirety?
i know it's tricky without a gui, but i'm sure you can figure it out somehow.
for example, capture inxi output to a file:
Code:
inxi -Fxz > file
copy that file to a usb stick, and paste its content here.
