Need to find zip 2.0/unzip 2.0

I was trying to unzip a large file today and could not. when I ran "file" against the zip file, the result mentioned "need version 2.0, or higher". I'm using RHEL 7 on a virtual server. The OS is 64-bit. Any ideas where I could find zip/unzip 2.0? Thanks.

If you have a Redhat subscription you can install zip via yum.

There are many programs that may uncompress that file also.

If you install a modern zip version it should fit the specified criteria.
