Interactive like "https everywhere" but running in a gateway

The https everywhere addon for firefox tries to use https in all elements loaded from a web page by default. But you can click on its icon in the toolbar and deselect an element, see attachment.

How can this be done in a gateway instead, and to block or unblock elements in web sites instead? Especially elements coming from other sites?

The gateway is to run as a VM and the unblocking to be something like the popup in the attachment below when another VM tries to access a site.

What do you mean by block or unblock elements? By elements, do you mean HTML elements? Can you give a more concrete example? Why are you trying to do this?

By elements I mean pictures, videos, google analytics, anything that does not come from the site you type at the toolbar.

By unblocking I mean these should all be blocked by default (not downloaded) but you should get prompted with a pop window saying something like "linuxquestions.org attempted to download http://youtube.com/e34w4e3e and Google Analytics, allow? Yes No"
