Can't install Debian 9.9

Hi everyone,

I have dual boot system with win7 and Debian 8. I would like to install Debian 9.9 on next empty partition beside Debian 8 but everytime installation get's to the point for Grub to be installed I get "Installation failed....".
I'm using 3 installation dvd's. I don't have uefi motherboard and also it does not support usb boot. The win7 is on separate hdd and previous version of grub was installed with Debian 8.
Obviously I'm missing something so please if someone can give me a hint.

This is my configuration:

AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 260 Processor
Socket AM3 (938)
Motherboard BIOSTAR NF520D3
Memory DDR3 4GB
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT Gainward

If you have grub installed for Debian 8 you dont need to install it just do update-grub on next boot into Debian 8
EDIT: if you dont have a grub.cfg for your 9.9 install just edit a copy of your debian 8 grub.cfg then copy that to new partition
