Setting components for low power mode during prolonged non-usage periods

Using KDE Neon and access mostly my PC remotely, I have problems in reliably wake it up by WOL magic packet, so that after discussing even with the motherboard producer I finally decided to leave it 24/7 on.

To don't wear up the components (even if there are periods I'm using it intensively, remains unused most of the time, but I might need it suddenly) want to have them go in standby/low power mode, but didn't find on KDE any specific setup apart a few power settings. There is any specific tool to manage

KDE power settings --> just set to prevent the system going in standby
SSD/HDD --> installed GNOME-Disks and there is a power setting, not sure if is relevant and how to check if there is already a standby setting active
GPU/PCIe --> in NVIDIA settings app the Power Mizer is setup to Auto with current mode Adaptive. Not sure if this is sleeping the GPU
Display --> set to standby in 20 min
CPU --> no idea
USB --> no idea

Wanted to ask hints how to setup this.

You'll probably find that the default settings lean toward minimising resource usage while idle.

The Arch wiki describes some stuff you could look at "under the hood" if you are so inclined, otherwise you could just test it to see what happens.

Eg:The Arch wiki page on CPU freq scaling: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/CPU_frequency_scaling

Looking for ways to monitor my PC power consumption was finding these tools

UPOWER
ACPI
Batstat
TLP
Powertop

Wanted to ask if any of this tools will be able to show me the history regarding the power consumption of previous system components, or I will need to use multiple sources.
