amdgpu.dc=0 causing screen artifacts to appear at 75Hz on Zorin OS

I have to use amdgpu.dc=0 to start my system but itís causing screen artifacts to appear at 75Hz. If I set the refresh rate to 60Hz the Artifacts stop. But I canít stop it on the Display manager and I would really like to use the higher rate on my monitor. My os is Zorin OS
