What brought this on ?. I can't imagine in the current environment anyone would even consider running a meeting.

Been many years since I last turned up at HUMBUG, but does anyone still bother - even before COVID ?.

My LUG isn't meeting, because the meeting room is provided by a hospital, and it is currently banning outsiders, but I know that some LUGs are meeting remotely.

Also, even if they are not meeting, LUGs can provide other services, such as forums, mailing lists. and links to local resources.

Just a few thoughts.

Hey Frank, seems you have had better experiences than me with LUGs. Let's hope others do as well.
