Question Is there a way to install pysolfc on Bodhi Linux?


No problems, just missing my favorite game and cant figure out how to install the game. it downloaded as PySolFC-2.10.1.tar.xz if that helps. Any assistance is gratefully accepted

there is a README.md file inside. Did you check it already?

If you have trouble compiling, then you can always install gDebi and then you can install the Debian package:
Using Debian packages in Bodhi
Debian Pysolfc package

But if you read the instructions in the tarball, you'll find that compiling is not as difficult as it sounds.

Extract it, using xz -d <filename>, (if memory serves me right), then just create a link to pysol.py in the directory, (might need to make it executable, been a while since I used a tarball of it).
