Build example
Code:
tar xvf ns-allinone-2.35_gcc5.tar.gz

cd ns-allinone-2.35/
patch -p0 < TCP-jersey-westwood_ns235.patch
export CC=gcc-4.8 CXX=g++-4.8 && ./install
cd ns-2.35/
cp ns ns235-nj-westwood
sudo cp ns235-nj-westwood /usr/local/bin/

-------- Simulation --------
ns235-nj-westwood [example].tcl
EDIT : g++ version 3.4.6 is required too ....

implement tcp westwood with updated Timeout() function

I am working on loss recovery algorithm TCP westwood using bandwidth estimation during link failure when timeout occur.Please guide me about the implementation part ,means how to generate link failure or timeout occur and where to put new updated timeout code and recompile ns2 then I want to check performance.

Re #3.

The code referred to in post #2 is the only published "TCP Westwood" code for ns2.
Ns2 was replaced by ns3 years ago. All development is done with ns3 only.

Google, ns3 loss recovery algorithm tcp westwood
https://www.google.com/webhp?hl=all&...m+tcp+westwood
... The required code seems to exist.
