Obviously, it needs to do this, only in this way that you are able to permanently delete them , no one can recover them back again

Go to Play Store and search for cleaning app out there. you can get dozens of them, lol

How can this happen. I don't understand. May be you are cheated. Can you check all the hidden files and make sure there is no large file hidden. There is zero chance for a new phone although.

Reset your phone.. If still the device memory is not increased.. please contact the company.. Sometimes it happens.. Better to replace the device..
