Ahhh, so this whole "You have been blocked" brouhaha is just another example of a web site that doesn't work properly if javascript is disabled.
OTOH, there are some web sites that become annoyingly complex unless javascript is partially disabled, and you have to find just the right settings to make them usable.
Except enabling JavaScript is not always enough to get around the problem - it sits on a "Please wait while we check your browser" screen before eventually redirecting to an entirely empty page.
And if you haven't remembered to copy-paste the message into a text editor, it's lost and you have to retype it, before figuring out what aspect the stupid filter is complaining about, then choosing a suitable workaround.
No, LQ works perfectly without any js whatsoever, it's only this cloudflare BS, which is pointlessly triggered for the simplest code snippets.
What I saw: without modifying anything on my side I was suddenly blocked for a day or two and after that I could post again. And it happened only with one subforum, all the others worked perfectly [continuously].
OK. My experience so far:
I see the red "you have been blocked" text as soon as I try to post some ""suspicious code"", but, going back, I can always post as soon as I remove the ""suspicious"" stuff.
It's truly ridiculous.

That's the first time I heard of someone being banned for any period of time! (I thought all you had to do was take out the bit of code that triggered it)
What forum? So others can avoid it!
I'm willing to BAN myself for a couple days, by trying it, since I am not a valuable member, like pan64 is!!!
