I'll not contribute any longer to perpetuating a tangent here out of respect for OP. In fact I intend to try Ubuntu Touch on my RockPro64 as soon as a compatible release becomes available for a test run. IIRC that should give me a decent preview of what PinePhone Pro might deliver.
