[SOLVED] The "Your system is running on low power" notification.

Hi: When the battery is low I receive said notification. The DE is Xfce v. 4.12 and the web browser is Firefox Quantum 61.0.1. Who sends this message to me? The DE? For I had Slackware installed with Xfce 4 and never did I receive that notification. At present the O.S. is Arch Linux.

If I had to guess it's coming from the DE:-

Is this Arch install running on a laptop?

and there's a xfce settings gui where you can tell the notification daemon which notifications you want to see.
