Unable to connect to iSCSI Target

I'm trying to connect to an iSCSI Target on a Synology DiskStation. I've bene able to discover the iSCSI Target but unable to connect.

Below is the command I use to connect and the results:

[louis@lenovo-p50 Downloads]$ sudo iscsiadm -m node --targetname "iqn.2018-09-24.com.synology:CSCD-NAS-1.CENTOS.f82f2eaf47" --portal "123.456.7.89:3260.1" --login
[sudo] password for louis:
Logging in to [iface: default, target: iqn.2018-09-24.com.synology:CSCD-NAS-1.CENTOS.f82f2eaf47, portal: 123.456.7.89,3260] (multiple)
iscsiadm: Could not login to [iface: default, target: iqn.2018-09-24.com.synology:CSCD-NAS-1.CENTOS.f82f2eaf47, portal: 123.456.7.89,3260].
iscsiadm: initiator reported error (19 - encountered non-retryable iSCSI login failure)
iscsiadm: Could not log into all portals

I have CHAP disabled on the target and commented out in my /etc/iscsi/iscsid.conf file.

My Client/Initiator is CENTOS 7.

Thanks

The error seems to say that the target wants the initiator to authenticate. So, perhaps CHAP is not disabled after all. Is there a log on the diskstation that might explain its behavior?
