Perhaps it's easier to recompile the package that still links against libpulse.so on a 'pure-alsa' Slackware system. The library you mention (libphonon4qt5.so.4) is not part of Slackware's phonon package (for which a pure-alsa package is available). This partilular library is part of the phonon package in my 'ktown' Plasma5 package set.
If you recompile that phonon package it will drop its pulseaudio dependency.
