Unhappy change user with "su" is not permitted

Ciao all,

I'm a new user, I installed sabayon as a virtualbox guest machine with win7 host.

I have a problem: when I want to change user (root to user or user to root) I obtain a "Permesso negato" ("not permitted": italian language) message.

I can login with user or root as the first access (in X11/KDE or console) but I can't change user after that.

Doing "ls -l /bin/su" I obtain
"-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root"

Could you tell me how can I resolve this issue?

Thanks a lot.
