Where is a good introduction to ROCK?

Can anyone direct me to a good introduction article for ROCK's setup process? I've checked the wiki, and it's not easy to follow.

Got any special things you want to know about it? Otherwise I think the WhatIsROCK page (http://doc.rocklinux.org/wiki/WhatIsROCK) is a good read to get an idea of ROCK.

Also, clifford (ROCK Project Poobah, eh, Leader) has published some of the talks he held abour ROCK: http://www.clifford.at/papers/2004/os04/

I've read all of those, but none of them give a good overview of the install process.

Anyway, I'm thinking of going with T2 Desktop because they have some pre-built ISOs that are optimised for my processor. That way, I don't need to wait a week for my computer to build its distro
