Intel Q9550 recognized as amd64 with Rocks 5.0 (x64)

Hi everybody,

We just install a new cluster with Rocks 5.0 (x86_64). Our machines are Intel core 2 Quad Q9550. It seems that Rocks 5.0 recognizes these processors as amd64. Is it a big problem if we want to compile with Fortran 90? Is there a possibility to do something so that rocks recognizes these processors as Intel64?

Thanks a lot...

Fabrice

amd64 is a generic name for both. You'll be fine.
