Have you tried to install driver?

Are you able to upgrade RHEL to latest version? maybe than it will work out of the box.

UPGRADE ASAP!!!
that card came out in 2010

5.4 came out the year BEFORE that card was released
there is NO SUPPORT in 5.4

because there was NO "ralink rt5390" yet to support

the current is RHEL 7.0
