Why is My RHEL5 Applicaiton Management Tool not working?

In my RHEL 5 Server, I cannot see any packages in the "Browse" tab
of Applicaiton Management tool (pirut). But other Tabs "Search" and
"Lists" are properly working. What may be the problem.

I just localy configured the yum. the packages are in /packages
directory, and my /etc/yum.repos.d/rhel-debuginfo-repo file is
listed below.

[rhel-debuginfo]
name=server
baseurl=file:///packages
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release

What can I do ?

I'm not sure if Pirut handles custom repo locations (without accompanying header files?), but if you start 'pirut' from a terminal window and try the browse tab, does the window show any clues? Can you browse it with 'yum' (see --enable-repo and --disable-repo flags)?

Thankyou, for replying. I tried the "pirut" from a console and the
result is shown here.

[root@host3 ~]# pirut
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Loading "rhnplugin" plugin

What can I do for that?

Can you browse your custom repo with 'yum' (see --enable-repo and --disable-repo flags)?
