Redhat linux was installed in our machine from RHE 4 AS CDs. In the package, I found also RHE 4 AS UPDATE CDs. For what the UPDATE CDs are used? and how?
Any guide is appreciated.
I guess its a CD full of updates that were released after the main set of install disks were produced.
Rather than re-do all the disks again they just release an extra disk with the updates. I suppose its for installs that don't have access to a net connection were the updates could have been downloaded.
