what command run gdm setup??

i am running a really stripped down redhat and am try to change the gdm login screen, i can't find a way to do it anywhere. does anyone know the command or the programm to run to change this??

edit /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf, and anything else in ~/gdm that trips yer trigger.
