Web Server to able to Access by Authorise User.

I am using Red Hat 9.0
My Web Server using APache 2.0

How do i let my two team mates access my server which is my PC and let them store their files in a folder and let them test their page out ? My group mates maybe using their Windows PC...
I am a NEWBIE to Redhat or Linux and everythintg here.. Just a One month Old..

I hope you guys can help me out.
I am doing My school project.
