Question VSFTP allowing upload/download but not DELETE

I posted on the SECURITY forum but maybe I can post here
too since its related to Redhat.

PROBLEM: I want to allow users access to my FTP server
to upload files and download files BUT I do -not- want them
to be able to delete files! Help help!

I did not think I was asking for much. I tried this with
anonymous users and it didnt work (although you might
have a solution) and now I am trying it with local users
and unpriv ftp process. Grrrr. Not working.

Thank you!

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
