Question VNC Viewer shows me a black screen when i am connected.

Hello all,

I seem to have run into a problem. I can't get the vnc viewer to work (i am running it on windows 7). It always shows me a black screen like this:

I have a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.4 x64 installed.

I run this command:
Code:
yum install vnc-server
Then:
Code:
vncserver :1
and i set the password.

I am new in this and i can not understand the problem.
Can you help me?
Thanks in advance!

vnc server is just an X, you should run something on it.
Usual minimalistic window manager for vnc is twm.
Probably it run, try right-click on desktop
