Use RH 8.0? Please post your /usr/include/netdb.h

Can someone please post this header file? I may have inadvertently screwed up mine. TIA.

Reinstall glibc-devel package, get the file and issue rpm -Uvh glibc-devel*.rpm. this should update the system. If rpm echo "package alreday installed" delete the package with the "--nodeps" flag and reinstall.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't want to go that route for a single header file. So it is just easier to get someone to post an RH glibc header. I just want it for reference.
