Oh..

So the fix is to create two scripts

USB_Enable

Code:
insmod /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/drivers/usb/storage/usb-storage.ko
USB_Disable

Code:
rmmod /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/drivers/usb/storage/usb-storage.ko
Code:
chmod +x usb_enable
chmod +x usb_disable
And just run them as required.

Glad to hear you have the fix for it.

So....if I understand you correctly; you have to run those commands/scripts each time you want to be able to connect or disconnect from one of your usb stick's?

Yes, I decided to stick with STIG policies on this and keep them normally disabled. It's a small extra step to mount drives but It will be done very infrequently as this is a racked web server normally.

Thanks again.
