Linux 7.4 is not recommended operating system for my server.(From hardware perspective)
Not recommended by who?? And are you PAYING FOR RHEL? Because if you're not, stop where you are; you are only going to have a hard time getting things installed/configured, because you WILL NOT have access to the online repositories. You won't get updates/fixes/patches, and you'll have a MUCH harder time installing new software later. If you're going to use RHEL, then call Red Hat support...since you're paying for it, they can help you with any installation issues you're having.
Also, the Lenovo website specifically mentions RHEL 7.4 as supported/recommended.
