system-config-packages doesnot work in RHEL 4

hi ...

I am using a RHEL 4 in my machine..

i tried to install some packages using system-config-packages ..

it calculated the dependencies and stuff like that all right and asked to insert a cd .. (in my case cd no :3)

i inserted that and it wasn't able to recognize that cd ... (i inserted the correct cd .. no mistake there.. )

i checked whether its a problem with the cd ... but the cd was all ok ..

some problem with system-config-packages????

any ideas?
