Angry system's errors on RH9

OS: RH9

I have two problems on my system to solve.

The first one :
When I am on any xwindow or nautilus or mozilla navigator, and want to scroll down the page or window, the RUN PROGRAM WINDOW POPS UP when pressing the down arrow key on the keyboard. It really sucks, I know , I perhaps did something wrong before.

The second one:
I've got a pop up error window, from time to time, when I try to reach the "gnome panel" through "ctrl-alt + tab" shorcut's keyboard, and says that the panel will crash.

I customized it before, and I was also likely to make a mistake.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this two problems???

I will appreciate your help
