Is this the sort of thing you want to do? How can I allow some users to use the cache at specific times?

Still need more to do withit

thanks for the link I visisted it already but its too short to get my work done. I have network for some college, the sloution I need is that for example i have 10 users from 1st year 10 users from 2nd year and so on lets say I have 40 users, now I need to give access for every 10 users at specific time, and when the time for first 10 users will finish they should not be able to browse any more, and now the next 10 users should be able to authenticate and access the net. thanks to every body who help me to get it done
