Question somethings is wrong with GNOME


My GNOME just starited to do strange things. When i am loged as root it is imposible to working at all couse everything (panels, windows...) are moveing and even without clicking with mouse it start programs and pop-up menus and move the windows. Yesterday i copyed one huge .tar file (4G) via LAN and GNOME started with his madness, but i was thinking that everything will be ok after this file-transfer. But it wasn´t. Today i´ve already restarted the system but after the restart the situation was the same shit. What is happen, i have no a idea. Please sombody to help!
