selinux.h ?

I'm trying to build Anaconda from source, but a file isys.c includes a file <selinux/selinux.h>. I checked both 2.4 and 2.6 kernel sources, but could not find the file. Can someone please tell me where I can find this file?

Is there an selinux-devel package available? Or maybe it's just in selinux.
